What started as a mission to put on a solo show turned into a solution for a problem local and emerging artists alike were facing.

Art Apiary was born from a need for regular arts programming as well as an inclusive platform for local creatives who otherwise wouldn’t get an opportunity to showcase their work in bigger more established platforms.

As a Newark native and local artist in a rapidly growing art district that Newark is. I know its more important than ever to develop our local artists through pop up events, and affordable easy to access platform to grow and scale up with our vastly growing environment.
